She’s often seen sunbathing along the Adelaide River, the latest copy of Vogue poised between her varnished nails.

Other days you’ll hear her before you see her - cruising upstream in her hot pink speedboat.

She is a pescatarian Monday through to Thursday, and dreams of one day travelling to New York.
