Katie is a Kookaburra who doesn’t take life too seriously.

In fact, she always seems to laugh at the most inappropriate of times.

Back in bird school, if one of her friends was getting told off by a teacher, or doing a presentation, Katie would lower her glasses onto the end of her beak and make faces at them so they’d lose their composure.

Despite being a mischief maker, she’s always been able to brighten someone’s day, and sense when someone might need a feathered shoulder to lean on.

There’s always a lot of laughter when Katie is around.
