Pete is a Pig, and a legend of the Mary River.

He’s one of the most sought after boars in the region, with pig hunters constantly trying to track him down.

Despite his round build, Big P is very nimble and steady on his trotters.

He’s also very crafty, and sets his own traps for hunters and their pets. He’s had many run-ins with pigging dogs, but he hasn’t lost a battle yet.

Pete stole his hat off a pig hunter who tripped on some wire he’d set. He wears it every day with pride.
